5 Dishes to Try on Your First Visit

If it's your first time at Concerto Fusion and the menu feels big, start here. These five dishes give you one honest bite from every corner of what we do.

1. Sushi & Sashimi Selection

A chef-curated composition of pristine fish, rolls, and bright garnishes — the clearest expression of the Japanese precision on our menu, and a good first stop if you're deciding whether to build a sushi-forward order.

2. Concerto Lettuce Wrap

Our house signature: chicken, shrimp, Chinese sausage, jicama, and onion in a savory XO sauce, served to wrap and eat by hand. It's shareable, it's a little different from a standard lettuce wrap, and it's the dish regulars order without looking at the menu.

3. Coconut Shrimp

A guest favorite for a reason — crisp, coconut-crusted shrimp finished with a tropical sweet chili sauce. Good as an appetizer for the table or a lighter main.

4. Sesame Chicken

Tender white-meat chicken, wok-finished until crisp in an exquisite sesame sauce. If you want a dish that proves fusion cooking still respects the classics, this is it.

5. Concerto Trio Delights

For guests who want to go bigger: shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat with a spicy seafood paste and assorted vegetables. It's the dish to order when you want the kitchen to show what it can do.

Building your order

You don't need to order all five in one sitting (though we won't stop you). Pick two or three that sound interesting, check out the full menu for everything in between, and place your order for pickup or delivery.
